COVID - 19 Information

We are constantly monitoring the outbreak of covid-19.  The World Health Organisation and the Government advised the public not to attend any form of social gatherings small or large to minimise the risk of the virus spreading and we want to ensure the safety of all.

in addition to our terms and conditions relating to the covid-19 situation you will be guaranteed the opportunity to attend a future alternative date/event or you will be issued a credit note to use against an alternative event when the situation has resolved or has subsided. We will contact you individually when and if your booking is affected.
 
Our main priority is to ensure the safety of everyone, our team are working tirelessly to manage all bookings and all ongoing enquiries as we are sure you will understand at this time we have a lot of work to do and we ask you for your patience during this period.
 
Please see the points below for events that are postponed or affected by the current advice from the World Health Organisation and the Government.
 
  • From the 18th March we decided to postpone upcoming events due to the corona virus and the growing concern to public health.
  • We paused your ability to pay any balance payments to prevent any further expenditure on your behalf and to minimise any further impact. You will be notified when is safe for us to allow you to pay your balance. At this time your places on your chosen event will be secure.
  • Like yourselves we currently have no time frame as to when the current restrictions will be lifted. However you will be guaranteed an alternative date/ event in the future when the current situation is resolved or has subsided.
  • If you are booked on to an event that has been/is to be postponed you will be contacted directly by us via the details you supplied with your booking. Again we do ask for your patience as we do have a lot of people to contact.
  • please be reassured that if you are unable to book one of the alternative dates/ events we offer in the future The Other Side Paranormal Events Ltd will issue you a credit note for any monies paid towards your postponed event, your credit note will be valid for one year from the date of issue and will be extended by an additional three months. this will be extended further if necessary.
  • We are in constant contact with locations to ensure various alternative dates can be offered to bookings affected by the coravirus out break.
  • All our events have been postponed up to the 1st October 2020. we are accepting  bookings for October 2020 and throughout 2021, please ensure you read our terms and conditions before placing your booking.

These are extreme circumstances for everyone including businesses, particularly businesses in the events and hospitality sector like us. We are extremely lucky to have a customer base that is loyal and supportive, your patience and support is needed now more than ever before. We anticipate your support as it through the support that you give us that we will get through this extremely challenging time so we can continue to provide you with your ultimate ghost hunting experience.
